Creixem
Helps your child gain independence in everyday routines.
Fewer reminders and more motivation for things like brushing teeth, making the bed or packing the school bag, through positive reinforcement.
Why this tool was created
Often we know what we would like to change, but find it hard to turn that goal into a concrete and sustained action over time.
Habits, routines and some everyday behaviours typically require structure, follow-through and consistency.
Creixem was created to help make these processes visible and easier to accompany.
What the tool does
Structure
Helps define concrete and observable goals.
Tracking
Allows progress to be seen over time.
Consistency
Makes it easier to maintain small changes progressively.
Accompaniment
Encourages families and professionals to work towards shared goals.
When Creixem works best
Creixem does not fit every family, and that is fine. These are the situations where we have seen it work best.
- Children roughly between 4 and 10 years old.
- A wish to work on one concrete goal, not ten at once.
- Openness to positive reinforcement rather than punishment.
- A few minutes a day to record how it went.
If daily life is very stretched right now, this may not be the moment. Creixem will be here when you have a little more room.
Clearer follow-up between home and professionals
The family records daily progress, Creixem organises the timeline, and the family decides whether to share the report with a professional.
It works especially well when a professional suggests working on one concrete goal with Creixem and reviews it at a later visit.
Psychology and accompaniment
Can facilitate the tracking of practical goals and observing the evolution of agreed changes.
School
Supports discussion based on concrete data and shared reinforcement language between home and classroom.
Early intervention
Makes it easier to follow habits between spaced visits through a simple record.
What it offers professionals
- 1Structured records between sessions
- 2Comparable week-to-week progress
- 3Shared language with the family
- 4PDF report for review or coordination
Creixem does not diagnose, make therapeutic recommendations or replace professional judgement.

What this tool does not do
The tool does not replace accompaniment
Changes tend to be more solid when there are people who help maintain, review and adapt goals.
Creixem facilitates tracking, but the real value continues to lie in relationships and accompaniment.
What this tool does not do
- It is not a diagnosis.
- It is not a clinical tool.
- It does not replace professionals.
- It is not a punishment system.
- It does not guarantee automatic change.
- It does not replace educational or family judgement.
