Estudio al meu món
An educational academic self-knowledge tool for adolescents.
Designed to help understand how one studies before looking for more complex solutions.
Why this tool was created
Many adolescents come to believe they do not know how to study.
In many cases the problem is not ability or effort, but not yet having found a way of studying that fits their needs.
Estudio al meu món was born with the idea of helping to reflect on these differences and making studying a more understandable process.
What the tool does

Helps reflect on one's own way of studying.
Organisation
Helps identify strengths and areas for improvement in how one organises.
Strategies
Offers guidance tailored to the user's responses.
Reflection
Invites experimenting and reviewing what works best.

Educational guidance
Helps identify strategies and difficulties in the guidance process.
Educational support
Allows support to be adjusted to each student's real needs.
Working with the family
Facilitates shared understanding of how the adolescent experiences studying.
Psychology and guidance
Can be used as a starting point to explore how the adolescent experiences studying, what difficulties they perceive and what strategies they typically use, facilitating conversation and the setting of working goals.
What it offers professionals
- 1Generate initial educational hypotheses
- 2Detect organisational or strategy difficulties
- 3Identify areas requiring further exploration
- 4Facilitate dialogue with adolescents and families
- 5Structure goals related to studying
The tool does not replace professional assessment and does not allow diagnostic conclusions to be drawn. Its value lies in facilitating exploration and self-knowledge within an accompaniment process.
Situations where it may be useful
Does not know how to study
Struggles to get organised
Studies but it is not working
Gets blocked before exams
Avoids starting tasks
Demotivation related to studying
Every situation is different. The tool helps generate questions and guidance, not definitive answers.
The tool does not replace accompaniment
In situations like demotivation, academic frustration or persistent difficulties, knowing study strategies is usually only part of the process.
Changes tend to be more useful when there is an adult who accompanies, reviews and helps apply the guidance.
What this tool does not do
- It does not make diagnoses.
- It does not detect ADHD, dyslexia or other disorders.
- It does not assess abilities.
- It does not offer treatment.
- It does not replace psychology professionals, educators or counsellors.
- It does not determine what is wrong with a person.
The approach is educational, preventive and self-knowledge oriented.
